Solution to a Problem

Beginning with asking a question, “How can we improve the home repair experience?” we found that there was a lot of mistrust in the industry. From customers not understanding what they are being billed for, to why it cost so much in the first place just to come out and spend 5 minutes checking a problem.

Sire LLC was created to address these issues and help instill trust in the customer.

App Development

The customer side of the app allowed users to easily and quickly get in contact with a trained repair specialist that could help them navigate their problem over our video chat platform.

The app also included full payment processing created with stripe libraries. This allowed us to help customers understand and remove the magic behind blue collar billing.

PIVOT

Eventually we found ourselves at a crossroads with Sire, and after much debate decided to pivot the company as a solution for the elder community. We leveraged our existing video chat platform to allow nurses and staff to communicate more efficiently with their community.
